All rates are in Euros and are per double room per night including VAT, Catering Levy & Service Charges

INCLUDED: Full board accommodation, Children under 2 years stay free of charge, Manda Airport airstrip transfers, Kayaking, laser & windsurfing, Bottled water.
EXCLUDED: Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, Laundry service, Activities & excursions not specified under 'Included', Shuttle service to Shela, Internet service, Baby sitting service, Gratuities, Medical, travel & cancellation insurance, Festive season supplement of €65 per person per day (24-26 Dec & 31 Dec 2010 - 1 Jan 2011)

Payment Terms:
- A 20% deposit is due for all confirmed bookings.
- Full balance of payment is required 45 days prior to guests' arrival
- The Majlis Lamu Limited may, at its discretion, not honour a booking if the deposit & full payment is not received prior to arrival
- We reserve the right to make amendments to the rates in the event of any increases in taxes, levies, statutory charges or any other input costs

Cancellation & Reduction In Numbers Policy:
- Between 120 days to 45 days before arrival - deposit is forfeited
- Between 44 days to 30 days before arrival - 30% of invoice amount will be charged
- Less than 30 days before arrival - 100% of invoice amount will be charged
